A massive opening weekend with well over $100 million in ticket sales is now assured for "The Hangover Part II," while "Kung Fu Panda 2" has yet to show its chops. "Hangover Part II," an even raunchier follow-up to 2009's surprise comedy hit, took in $31.7 million on its first day in theaters in the U.S. and Canada on Thursday, including  $10.4 million from late night screenings just after midnight . That's the biggest ever opening day for a live-action comedy and the second biggest opening Thursday of all time, not accounting for ticket price inflation, according to Box Office Mojo.

OPEN CALL CASTING: Looking for: Young, 18-30 year old Caucasian men to portray military men. (willing to cut hair if necessary).   Military men are definitely welcome. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INVITE other friends whom might match this description and have interest in working on a film production. Open casting session will be held on WED: July 27th: 10am-6pm on the 2nd floor of the Aloha Tower - Aloha Lounge. (Go up the escalator as you enter the mall, turn left at the top and the "Aloha Room" is about 20 yards ahead.) - Independent feature movie currently in production in L.A. - World War II drama directed by Paul Thomas Anderson - Hawaii scene set in 1944 - Starring Joaquin Phoenix and Philip Seymour Hoffman Please bring a snapshot.   Pictures will be taken to send to L.A. The Ocean Current USBA National Bodyboard Tour

This weekend will be the first event on the Ocean Current USBA National Championship Tour presented by Dune’s. Event number one on tour is The 2011 Sport Chalet US Open presented by Morey Bodyboards. With a good run of south swell heading to California formed from a low pressure system off of south America, the first two days of competition should be held in amazing surf for the traveling Pro athletes.
