My Thoughts About 09/11/2001.

Got to New York 6 months after 09/11/2001, i took the subway to the ground zero and  i was the only one to get off the train at Park Place, everybody was looking at me guessing what i was doing but in my mind i was just looking to see whats happened to The World Trade Center Towers, it was chocking for me to see all got destroyed, a place where everybody are just having good times, shopping or cruising around looking the beautifull Lower Manhattan was all gone, incredible! I Love NY and I got a lit emotioned writting this thoughts today on 09/11/2011. I was just a kid when i got to Manhattan for the first time, grewn up as a person and learned a lot living for many years in New York/NY, sorry Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens but Im from The City and I Really Appreciated, like they say "If You Can Make it There You Can Make it Anywhere". Thanks New York for All that I learned in Life. My Condolences to The Families and Prayers Today to The Victims, RIP All.

"Magic Mike," Steven Soderbergh's dramatic comedy set in the world of male strippers, will have its world premiere as the closing night program of the Los Angeles Film Festival next month. The film, which stars Matthew McConaughey and Channing Tatum, opens theatrically on June 29. The festival, June 14-24 at L.A. Live's Regal Cinemas downtown as well as at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and REDCAT, announced its lineup Tuesday morning. Film Independent, which presents the festival, previously had announced the opening night presentation (Woody Allen's "To Rome With Love") and its three galas ("Beasts of the Southern Wild," "Middle of Nowhere" and "Seeking a Friend for the End of the World"). The fest, sponsored by the Los Angeles Times, will screen more than 200 features, shorts and music videos. Alex Uranga Wins 2011 Nissan Reunion Bodyboard Pro!

Alex Uranga from the Basque Country in northern Spain is the winner of the   2011 Nissan Reunion Bodyboard Pro at Les Archers in Saint-Pierre, Reunion. Uranga, 22, who won the trials into the main event, took his winning streak all the way to the final, defeating Jake Stone from Dunsborough in Western Australia, with minutes to go, in glassy four to six foot waves. The Basque was carried on the shoulders of his brother and a friend from the water’s edge to the presentation area while the crowd whistled and cheered for him. He dedicated his win to all the people who believed in him back in the Basque Country. “It’s incredible”, said Alex Uranga, “I can’t put these feelings into words”. Jake Stone, 22, beat reigning world champion and local, Amaury Lavernhe in the quarterfinal and Frenchman Pierre-Louis Costes in the semifinal.
