The 28th annual Quiksilver In Memory of Eddie Aikau, a one-day big wave invitational surfing event that requires waves measuring 20 feet or more, is excited to announce its list of 2012/13 Invitees and Alternates. The event holding period begins on December 1, 2012, and concludes on February 28, 2013.

August 30, 2011 started off like any other bountiful late summer day in New Jersey, however the one major difference was that the Bubbakoo’s Jenks Pro was in town and David Hubbard flew in to Newark with one thing on his mind, take home the national title. Jeff Hubbard, his brother and seven times USBA national title holder, was not about to hand it to his younger brother and had flown in the day before from Portugal to protect not only his national title but his Jenks Pro 2010 title.
