A month past since the closing of The Riviera Cafe on 08/31/17, I know you all should be asking why I still talking about it, let me give you a few good reasons, I spent 4yrs of my life on this iconic 48yrs Restaurant and Sports Bar on the West Village, I was there for Thanks Giving, Christmas, New Years Eve, I saw the Red Socks winning the 2013 World Series and The New England Patriots winning 2015 and 2017 Super Bowls, I was there for Gay Pride and Halloween nights since 2013 and I met with so many incredible people and brilliant minds, I know time will heal the hearts that got broken when The Riv closed out, but it's always good to remember the good times we lived there.
